Sometimes the hardest part of exercise can be getting started

It seems to me like sometimes the hardest part of an exercise is getting started.

Sometimes to get started we need something new to get us excited and inspired. Maybe a new outfit. New workout program or a new piece of equipment. Then once we get going and start seeing results, we feel better and gain confidence and become unstoppable.
