Do You Need to lose weight?

Obviously, it is unhealthy to be overweight. And many women do need to shed some pounds. Now with that being said, there are tons of women who are at a healthy weight for their bone structure and build but are constantly going on a diet. These ladies suffer from a low self-image, and most of the time self-esteem issues as well. They do not understand how beautiful they are and regardless of how much weight they lose they are never going to feel comfortable in their skin. This is an entirely different issue than needing to lose weight and needs to be addressed and worked on. Start by focusing on the parts of your body that you do like. As well as appreciating your body as a whole, for it gets you where you want to go, it's the only one you are going to have in this lifetime. And it gives your soul a place to live so that you can enjoy and experience life. Please know that where ever you are on this physical journey, whether you want to lose 15 lbs or 100 lbs being comfortable in your skin and feeling confident in who you are, is what makes you sexy. Being sexy is a vibe that you exude. It comes from within and has nothing to do with your outward appearance.

Do You Need Diet Or Exercise?

Also, make sure that it's weight loss that you need and not exercise. For instance, if you are unhappy with your body because of cellulite or because of jiggles, wiggles, sags and bags then exercise is what you are after versus needing to lose weight. When we lose weight, our body is still going to look the same only be a smaller version. So in this instance what you would be looking for, would be to tone up, in which case weight training is the fastest way to do that.

Why most diets don't work long term

The reason most diets don't work long-term is that they do not address the underlying issue. How many people do you know that have lost a substantial amount of weight and soon after they finished their diet ended up putting the weight back on? There're several theories for why this happens. One common one is that after someone has been dieting for a length of time when they are finally finished with the diet, they go hog wild, lose all will power and go back to their old eating habits, and there may be some truth to this. Another theory is that the body has been starved for so long that once it goes back to eating normal, it hangs on to every calorie for fear that we are going to put it into starvation mode again, and there are many other theory's but here is mine....

Now here is my theory on why we gain weight and why dieting alone is not a long term solution.

Now keep in mind I am not a Doctor, however from my experience of working with people on their weight loss journey I have found that when we balance the body, the weight takes care of itself naturally. In fact, for many, it just falls off. It is my opinion that it is impossible to be severely overweight in an otherwise healthy body. Now if you have a desk job and live an entirely sedentary lifestyle but otherwise eat pretty healthy then over the period of a couple of years, yes you can begin to pack on an extra 10-15 lbs. However, it is in my opinion that if someone has 30 pounds or more to lose, then there is a reason. The body is out of balance. And while going on a diet will give results the success will only be short term because we did not fix the underlying issues. So once we stop the diet then the weight piles back on. It is a popular belief that being overweight CAUSES diabetes, heart, liver, kidney problems, etc. My belief is that these problems were already present and that is what CAUSED the weight gain.

I am going to share fast and cleanses with you that are healthy, safe and proven to give quick results, but before I do, we are going to run through a checklist to see if you have any underlying issues that need to be worked on simultaneously so that we can set you up for long-term success

         The most common problems that cause weight gain

Low thyroid

Food allergies - wheat and dairy are the most common

Over worked liver

Digestive issues such as celiac, leaky gut, parasites

Hormonal Imbalance

Ingesting and or being surrounded by too many toxins ( this over works the liver)

Missing certain nutrients ( malabsorbtion due to an unhealthy gut )

​Elevated Cortisol

​Blood sugar imbalance and or intolerance

Not getting enough sleep


And since the body is an integrated system if one thing is out of balance it throws other parts out of balance. For instance in most cases where we find elevated cortisol we also find low thyroid with other hormones being out of balance. Where we find digestive issues we find malnutrition, meaning that even though we are eating plenty of food, our bodies are not absorbing the nutrition. It is also very common that digestion issues are related to a leaky gut which puts more stress on the liver. Putting chemicals in and on our body puts stress on the liver. So on and so on. This is why it is important to focus on bringing the whole body into balance vs. trying to focus on just one aspect.

I was going to list each topic separately, but as I got started, I realized that with all of them being so interconnected it made more sense just to list all of the symptoms for each so that you can look to see which ones if any are affecting you. Fortunately, the healing is interconnected as well. I can not stress this enough - we are one body that is made up of parts and all of the parts work together in harmony when one part is out of sync it throws the entire system out of sync and at the same time what we do to heal one part also heals the whole body.

Low thyroid is increasingly common and symptoms can include:


​decreased body temperature . cold hands, feet or butt. Or cold when no one else is

So How did it get to be this way?

Well, my guess is that most of you had at least a few of these symptoms. So why is this happening to us? Well, unfortunately, it is our environment. Chemicals are constantly bombarding our bodies. They are in the air we breath, in our water and our food. Not only do we have chemicals to deal with but we are eating Frankenfood, food that isn't food, stuff that comes in boxes and packages made up of "food flavoring" aka chemicals. Not to mention GMO altered food. And "hybrid" strands of this that and the other( like wheat). Chickens that are full grown in just a few weeks because they have been pumped full of hormones. Not to mention that half the stuff we eat is only a few molecules away from being plastic, stuff that was made in a lab not made in nature. Our bodies were not designed to eat that, and they don't know how to deal with it. Our systems are on overload and doing the best they can to keep up. What our bodies have to do to keep up is the steal from Peter to pay Paul so that all systems run half ass versus one system completely breaking down. Our bodies, to survive, surrounds these toxins in fat and stores them to protect the liver which is the main workhorse of the body because it can only deal with so much at one time. The intent is to come back and deal with the toxins, as soon as it gets a chance but unfortunately the toxins keep on coming fast and furious and the liver never gets a chance to catch up, instead it keeps surrounding more and more toxins with fat and we start to see it accumulate on our tummy thighs and butt.

Ok, so where do we start?  We start by eating REAL whole foods. Nothing processed. Nothing that has been tweaked in a lab or pumped full of hormones. We take lots of quality vitamins to give the body what it needs to repair itself. And we cycle through special herbs and detoxification rituals to help the body unload built up toxicity while drinking as much purified, preferably ionic alkaline water a day as possible to help flush all the garbage out.  Simply put we are going to put only good stuff in and get the bad stuff out.
