Human Growth Hormone is the secret of anti-aging.

Human Growth Hormone, aka HGH, is a master hormone that is produced in the pituitary gland and affects every cell in our body it's the ultimate fountain of youth. HGH is the anti-ageing elixir of life.

Supplements to naturally increase HGH

 DHEA, DHEA is like a mother hormone that helps increase other hormones.

Dopa Mucuna, L-Dopa.  This is a precursor of dopamine, one of the most important neurotransmitters in regulating HGH - this has wonderful anti -aging benefits as well as helping increase HGH it also helps increase testosterone.

GABA Gamma Aminobutyric Acid,  stimulates the pituitary gland to release HGH also increases fat burning, muscle building, increases dopamine uptake ( makes us happier) and helps us sleep better and also has a reputation as an aphrodisiac.

Arginine Pyroglutamate- an essential amino acid that provokes the pituitary gland to release HGH​. Needs to be taken on an empty stomach and best used before exercise or before bedtime.This is also known to help increase fat burning and muscle gains also said to help increase sexual function especially in men because it is a precursor to nitric oxide which plays a big role in maintaining an erection.

Ornithine  - is also an amino acid and has some of the same properties as Arginine with the added benefit of being able to help regenerate the liver.

Lysine - an amino acid that boost Arginine and also boost immunity.

Glutamine- an amino acid helps with metabolism, maintaining muscle and over all health.

For best results - stack Arginine, Ornithine, Lysine and Glutamine - take these at night on an empty stomach, HGH is released at night while we are sleeping, that is why it's best to take these at night, unless you are doing some serious muscle building then for better workouts this could be taken on an empty stomach before a workout. It is recommended to start out with 2 grams of Arginine, 2 grams Ornithine and 1 gram of both lysine and glutamine. Then over a weeks time, work up to 2 g of all four. Then each week add a gram of each until you reach 5 grams of all four, for a total of 20g. You can add 500mg to 1 gm of Gabba to this stack as well as the Dopa.

My favorite brand for these amino acids, is Bulk supplements, because they are great quality and are available in a pure powder form without any fillers, I find the powder to be easier to work with, I just mixed mine all together real well, stored in a jar and then at night take my 20 grams of powder mixed in water before bedtime. Other things you can do that help increase HGH

Exercise - especially  high intensity interval weight training

Fasting - in 24 hr intervals once every two weeks

Cut out sugar and carbs that are on the high glycemic index

Bulk up on protein have protein as 25-30% of daily intake

​HGH is the fountain of youth and has a way of turning back the hands of time- following this protocol you will start feeling results such as a little more energy and sleeping better probably within a few weeks but stick with it because 3-6 months is where the real magic starts to happen.
