If you want to lose weight, Drink more water. The more you drink, the more you shrink. Water is crucial to our health; our bodies are over 70 % water, so obviously it is an important element. Our bodies have to maintain a certain amount of water- so if we aren't putting adequate amounts in, then the inside of our body is like a dried up mud hole, all stagnant nasty and dirty and the body doesn't have a way to clean itself. What we want instead is for it to be like a clean flowing river.
For optimum health and especially if we want to lose weight, we need to drink 1 gallon of water a day. Alkaline water is best. If it helps you drink more, you can infuse your water. At night just take a gallon jar and put in whatever fruits and herbs you want. I like to do a cucumber, grapefruit, lemon, and mint. Not only does this make the water taste excellent but with it being in a gallon jar it makes it easy to tell how much you have drank.
Once you start drinking a gallon of water a day, not only will you start to lose weight but you will also have more energy, and your skin will look amazing! Try it!
