Baths are a great way to nourish our skin and our soul. A simple hot bath in just plain water can be very relaxing, but when infused with herbs and other concoctions at can simply be out of this world!


                                  Bath for sore achy muscles

2 cups magnesium flakes

1 cup Epsom salt

20 drops of either lavender essential oil or eucalyptus oil

It's best to do this bath before going to bed - because you will be so relaxed and will sleep like a baby

                           Bath recipe  for soft glowing skin

2 cups dead sea salt

2 cups powdered milk

20 drops lavender essential oil or 4 tea bags of chamomile
